Viewing Youtube videos

You-tube videos look grainy on my phone and the voice does not sync when someone is talking. That is probably my internet provider on that one. But videos should play better than what I am viewing currently. I tried the dolphin browser and it want play at all whether I have it on desktop, android, or Iphone setting. Must be something in my settings perhaps any thoughts?

during playback of a vid hit the menu button then select the option that has the three dots then select view in high quality

YouTube in High Quality as default?

Anyone find a way to make "high quality" the default option? Changing settings for every video is a pain.
