VIP Access VPN App Not Working on Pie

VIP Access app is VPN I must use in order to connect to work network from home. The app won't open since my phone did the upgrade to Pie, just gives option to open app data or send feedback. Any suggestions?

you can try rebooting the device see if that fixes

Uninstall and reinstall
Clearing cache partition
Safe boot
Permissions in Pie changed and many such apps need an update. One of the rare reasons to hold off on update it to join beta when it existed and with a spare backup phone.

Definitely see about getting feedback from app developer and Samsung.
