Virgin Mobile, Mobile ID Failed to Downlad

I have a VM HTC Desire 626S and had to factory reset due to misbehaving apps. I uninstalled Virgin Mobile Essentials I think before activating Gadget Guardian App and File Backup. When I reset the device I probably should have set administrator rights to Gadget Guardian to off but has brain fart. At least I think this is what happened. After reset all apps were reinstalled then I get a Download error message about Virgin Mobile, Mobile ID failing to download when I believe it's actually the whole essentials package. I will leave a screenshot of the message and error code and if anyone knows of a fix without resetting again I would appreciate the solution. In my account it says there is an app update available but when I tap on it, it says download cancelled.

Well can't find a n upload button for screen shot but the message says this: Download Error
No action required. ID will automatically retry.
Unexpected download error has occurred. (Code 30)

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the Virgin Mobile forum (although I wonder if I should move it to the Desire 626 forum instead). Did you root the device? Is the Virgin Mobile Essentials app normally uninstallable?

I was just experiencing this issue with the missing VM mobile id app as part of a different thread I was having with b. Diddy. Could be related.
