I'm a 10+ year virgin customer, disappointed that virgin US is now an iPhone exclusive network outside of legacy devices.
The last phone I purchased was an S5, it came with a sprint branded sim card. (Uicc?) I've read that Uicc is only for 4g LTE service but without the sim it won't make any calls.
I was wondering I could buy an Unlocked Note 4 (Sprint unlocked preferred is my guess) and use my sim from virgin. I've read that you might need to root the device to change it's ID to read as an S5 for virgins sake but can't seem to find any information on the subject.
