Virus on Samsung Tab 3, how can I get rid of it?

Virus on samsung tab 3

I think I have a virus on my samsung tab 3, whenever I watch movies (on the chrome app) a popup comes up saying i have a virus, my Google apps (docs, google play etc) havent been working for a while so i cant download somthing to get rid of it if there is one. I dont want to restart my tablet or get it checked out because of my protective father, he CAN'T know. I have anxiety please help me.

Report the pop-up to Google, as malware:

Then try Settings, Apps, All, Chrome, select Clear Cache and Clear Data, and Power Off and Restart the phone.
