I have to say, the near-real-time voice dictation totally changes the game -- as much for the fact that it will WAIT a long time for me to say the next word, along with the real time recognition. I may never type again, unless I'm trying to be quiet. I almost didn't try it, not having realized how upgraded the functionality is in ICS.
My minor nitpick on it - although basic punctuation works (you can say the word "period", etc), some things like parentheses, quotes, and smiley faces elude me. Is there a way to dictate those? Or add them? I assume not, since it's all on google's end, but then again I almost assumed the dictation would be the same as before too...
