Voice mail. On t-mobile. Not working. S8.

Hi.
I'm on tmobile. I have tried multiple settings for standard voice mail, visual vm. etc.
I may not get the vm or may get it many hours later or not until rebooting phone. No consistency. I have contacted tm support and still waiting for them to get back to me.
Anyone else with same issue and any known fix?

I've got a T-Mobile S8 as well. I'll subscribe to this thread and reply back if mine starts acting up (I'm new to T-Mobile and the S8).
