Voice/Page Turner Bug - Samsung SII - Jelly Bean 4.1.2

My Samsung SII automatically updated to the new android version Jelly Bean. Ever since the update when i'm in the menu section of the phone, it speaks back ("Page 1 of 4, page 2 of 4 etc). This only happens when I flick through the menu pages. It still talks back when the phone is on silent or vibrate. I have tried the accessibly section already - talk back is not switched on. I have tried switching talk back on and off to see if that works and it doesn't. I have tried looking at the google voice section with no luck. It's driving me crazy - anyone know any ways to get rid of it without doing a hard re-boot? :-\i

this JUST started happening to me today as well, just out of the blue.
Im running an S2 rooted and ROM's with Embryo 6.10/.11
i can turn this voice OFF !
