Voice Talk and Desk Clock Problems

Hey guys im new to the thread but i seen on here where people were having problems with the desk clock application keep popping up as I have but the only solution was to restart the phone but now after doing this I am having the problem with my phone randomly running the voice talk application. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. Im about to return the phone to the sprint repair store and have it replaced as I once have before already.

Ever find a solution? I'm having the same problem with S Voice and the Desk Clock popping up randomly. I did a Factory Reset and the problem is still happening.

Desk clock pops up on me to and is driving me nuts!
