I don't seem to have those two options on mine, or they're named differently. You should be able to go into Settings, select the Hour glass to search for that app name and turn it off from there.

There are slight differences in carrier phone versions. I have Tmobile

The thing that is on is called, "Cast" and a new icon for it appears at the tip of my screen next to the Power Saver icon.
