I use my note2 in my tow truck for extra tunage.. When its plugged into the stereo system it's a constant battle to keep the volume at any level.. i use the 3.5mm head phone jack .. Is there any way to bypass the stupid volume limiter???

Get the ibolt dock from amazon... uses the microusb on the bottom. Comes with the cable that splits into usb and 3.5 mm jack at the end.

So you are using a 3.5mm cable to connect to a 3.5mm audio input on your car stereo? Is this the only time the error occurs or does it also happen when using headphones?

Anytime you plug that 3.5mm jack into the phone, it automatically goes down to about half volume
