Recently, my phone started having an issue where I'll try to adjust the call volume when I hold the phone to my ear, but it won't adjust the volume.
The slider works, and so does the volume button, but there's not a change in the volume.
Next to the phone icon is the Bluetooth icon. I have no Bluetooth devices connected to my phone, and the Bluetooth is turned off.
I've looked through the settings, and haven't found anything. I've also done a few cache cleans.Am I missing a step anywhere?
