Volume Issues ICS OTA 7/31

So now that I have ICS and all the wonderful issues, I was wondering if there is anyway to sync the volumes together. In other words when I lowered the volume previously it would lower notifications calls and system etc.... Now when I lower the volume it only lowers the ringer and my notifications still come through very load. Quite annoying when I'm trying to sleep.
