What's this "pick one" crap, this is Android we are talking about! Install EasyHome then run whatever launchers you want in concert.
I run phil blur, ADW, and LP+ then just to sweet'n the deal, powerstrip to popup anytime anywhere. The ultimate launcher combo, 21 screens for widgets and apps.
Hell, I just might add a third, or is that a forth?

Looks like LP has it by a long shot! HTC is heading up the Stock Pack.

I just got my Epic last week, so right now I'm still 100% stock and running the stripped-down TouchWiz. I like it as is, but ADW is really, really appealing. I'll start playing with theming and launchers when I get deeper in; I only just got around to rooting it yesterday.

For the record, I'm an Android noob, a crossover from webOS (although I'm sticking with the architecture; I just wanted to play with Android, too). The TouchWiz interface is very similar to the launcher in webOS 1.x, so it's a pretty comfortable transition. I am missing the cards though. :P

Um, Launcher Pro does allow for custom icons btw. ADW is ok. I guess. But Launcher Pro is just awesome.

I've gone back and forth between ADW and Launcher Pro Plus, but as it sits right now I'm with ADW. Even though I paid for LPP, ADW is just so much smoooooooother and faster swiping between screens, showing screen previews, etc.

Even though I miss the swipe gestures for the dock, ADW one ups it with swipe gestures on the home screen. Until LPP is able to match the buttery smoothness of ADW, I'll be sticking with ADW!

I had never heard of SlideScreen until reading about it here; I'm loving it. Everything I need all on one screen (except GTalk which I guess is in the works) and I don't find myself wanting to change icons/layout/widgets every three hours. I don't feel as though I've lost one bit of functionality and simplified things at the same time.

With that being said I reserve the right to go back to LP+ at any time. The dev for it has done an incredible job.

I went with launcher pro. I've been using it for a while now and can't seem to trade it in for anything else. I just wish it was skinable.

thats the only thing i really feel LP is missing....themes. You can spend a whole lot of time setting up a new theme and if your like me get bored quickly and then switch to a new one. I'd rather just be able to load "scenes" like on sense.

Sense UI or DIE!

I LOVE trying everything (as far as new apps, betas, and customizations.) And I do exactly that!

That said, my first one was HelixLauncher (which died with 2.2) - then I tried LauncherPro & ADW... BOTH of which have their own amazing, unique features.

I will say, I used LP more dominantly until recently switching to the Droid Incredible which beautifully makes use of the Sense UI on 2.2...

I tried using different launchers and kept going back to Sense. I did put Launcher Pro on my wife's phone, however. If I didn't like Sense so well, it would still be on my phone as well.

i use launcherpro, but do also like adw...have used sense(on my husbands incredible) pandahome, dxtop and just the stock launcher...they all have their faults, and all have their pluses...

Launcher Pro made my buttons on my Intercept work. Does crash a bit, but not bad.

Sent from my Samsung Intercept using Tapatalk.

1. Launcher Pro - Just has too many things to like about it.
2. dxTop - The idea and concept are really interesting, but I miss a few things from LP+ that I wish dxTop had also.
3. ADW - It's solid, but again, I miss a few of the special things LP+ does.
4. *home - And there a bunch of these. LiveHome, PandaHOme, aHome, etc.

It's great to have choice and each of the home replacements have their special things they do, so it's up to you to figure out which fits your mood and personality. There's no wrong choice and all are right choices if it works for you.

I have ADW and LP+. Been on LP+ for awhile. Thinking of using TouchWiz or ADW for awhile, see if I like them. I think I'll miss the LP+ Widgets too much though.
