Hello,
After 20 years my wife and I have switched to Sprint. It has not been a good experience (but I digress...) When my wife tries to send me a text message it comes through as XXX-XXX-XXXX@vzwpix.com when it comes through at all. When I try to respond, it goes nowhere. I know this is because of Verizon's old Text to Email feature and I've been told by Verizon that they can't disable it because we're not customers any more. It occasionally happens with my mom, too, but I can text her directly.
If I open contacts, start a new text to my wife, it USED to send it to her but now doesn't. Sprint is clueless (no help) and I figure it's got something to do with the contact information, I'm just not smart enough to resolve it (HAHAHA). . . Any help would be appreciated.
