So, what are you going to do with your $100 Rebate?

I plan on using mine for the Android Market.

Which brings me to another question, how are apps purchased in the Market? Is it setup like iTunes Store where you set up an account and keep a CC# on file or buy credits?

Thanks.

They are processed through Google Checkout and on Verizon it seems the only option of purchase is by using a CC. When I had my Nexus, I could bill the app purchase to my phone bill, which was a very nice feature.

Oh, and I used the $100 for my bill.

my rebates always go to the bill, it's the easiest way to spend the gift card completely for me, and i have to pay it anyways. :)

I sure sound foolish! LOL
With the $100 rebate being in debit card form, how are you able to use it to pay towards the phone? Did you all order it with a credit card?

Just got the rebate today. It is a standard VISA card, can be used as debit/credit at any retailer, etc. However, one nice thing about this that is better than other VISA gift cards I've gotten in the past is the ability to log on to a portal and track the balance, view purchases, etc. Also (and this is what I'm going to do) you can set it up to transfer some or all of the money on the card to any savings/checking account. Or have it mailed to you as a check!

Just go to vzw.com, log on (or create) your account, and then use the card to pay your bill. Pretty easy.

Well I am glad I started this thread! I knew the rebate was debit card form, so assumed I would not be able to use it towards CC bills. I think I have changed my mind on this! Thank you all. (c:
