Yes, but I was told that there is only a two week window for corrections.Since you caught it were you able to get the UD restored?

I always try to avoid talking to csr... They can muck up your account.
Pretty sure you can do it from the website too.

Hi everyone. Brand new member here and I, like everyone else here, am so nervous talking to Verizon CSR that I avoid them at all costs. I have the unlimited data plan on my Droid. If I activate the hotspot feature myself through the app, will I be charged for using data past 3GB? I live out in the country and there is no other internet connection here other than Verizon 4G LTE. So I want to use it for my computer, tablet, etc. I was told by someone that Verizon only allows you to use 3GB per billing period for like $20 a month. Well 3GB won't even come close to what I need. I have read the replies here but still am uncertain about being able to fully utilize the entire unlimited data without incurring additional per GB charges beyond a certain amount. Can anyone verify for me? Thanks!
If you have a legacy unlimited data plan, the only hotspot plan you should see without changing your phone's unlimited data plan is the unlimited hotspot plan for $30. Essentially for $59.99 ($29.99 for the phone's unlimited data plan and $30 for the unlimited hotspot), you're free to use tethering as much as you want. There is no limit.
Why nobody using FoxFi with their unlimited data plan? Just wondering...
Using Foxfi (or other apps that circumvent the carrier restrictions on data usage) with an unlimited data plan on Verizon is a violation of their terms of service and puts the customer at risk for adverse actions against their account, including revocation of the UDP, account suspension or termination and/or additional charges. As such we recommend utilizing the legal option for Verizon, which is to take advantage of the tethering plan through the Verizon account. All tiered data plans have tethering included and therefore dont require any workarounds to use that feature. Why nobody using FoxFi with their unlimited data plan? Just wondering...
Where do I go on the app to add the hotspot feature for $30? I can't find it on desktop or app

This is what I see. Call forwarding is the only other feature I can add at the top of the screenshot.
