They could off me 100% off for my old phone and I still would have bought it from Google. I put up with their stupid customer service for two years and the company is just plain clueless. I want nothing to do with them.

I also do want to mention that unlike other iPhone and previous pixel 2 promos, you do not need to change your cell phone plan. I still have my grandfathered unlimited plan and I kept it.

They deduct the savings a tiny bit each month for 24 months so if it is $200 off after one year you have only saved $100 after 6 months only 50 dollars and so forth so it isn't really much of a savings. This also requires giving them your bank info for direct deduction so when VZW gets hacked they have access to my bank account. Not happening.

I doubt it since my LG20 is less than a year old and only qualifies for a 35% trade in. Had I been making payments I would still owe over $400

I wouldn't trade in my LGV20 anyway. I want to keep it. I almost never trade in a phone that is still working well. I paid $700 and it works as well now as new so why would I take a huge loss? I keep it as a wifi device or backup phone.

They would not take it . The terms for the trade is a device with out a cracked from or back that turns on and works.
