WAIT! Did we get the November Security Patch before Pixel phones? LOL

Didn't Samsung have a short history of labeling their update as, for example, November 2019, when it was a month or two behind?

Edit: If it truly is the November update, great! I agree with @B. Diddy, that this should be par for the course; all OEMs updating roughly the same time as Google.
You might be right but if it was probably in the past like around s5 or note 3 time frame

Remember, Google releases the update to those vendors who agree to adhere to their policies the month before it's released to the public by Google. (IOW, Samsung got the November 4 update around September 4th, allowing them a month to add the vendor.img, then release it to the public by November 4th. Since the vendor.img file didn't change, that's not much work for them to do. [I could do it in about 2 minutes, once I had the update, and if I had Samsung's vendor.img file and their "convert zip to update format" program (I have no idea what format their update file is in).])

Agree on the Motoovo thing. I purchased the Moto X Pure which they said would get frequent updates and it got very, very few, was disappointed. Had a Lenovo Phab2 PRO and that phone never received 1 update, none, nada.
I left Moto because they reneged on a OS update for the Droid Ultra Maxx. As a consulation they offered 100 dollars off a new device but only directly purchased from Moto at full price. No thank you.
