I'm like alot of you guys, waiting for the Bionic. I see some of you preorder the phone and I'd like to do this but the Verzion store says it cant take preordered. Where are you guys doing this? Truth be told Id like to blow off the Verzion store anyays being they know nothing about nothing. Thanks

The phone hasn't been officially announced, yet alone ready for preorders. You must be mistaken about the Droid 3 that is out for preorder as of 2 days ago I believe

I'm going to preorder mine from Verizon's site. My OG Droid is giving up on me and I need a new phone bad, so there won't be a testing trial for me.

I'll be doing the same thing. The speaker on my Droid just went out last week, its been a great phone for me, but it definitely has run its course lol.
If I get the Bionic, I was planning to pick it up at Best Buy because of their one-month return policy. Have you had a bad experience with Best Buy?
Preach you are a smart man. I'm impressed
This is the smart thing to do especially with these 1st gen LTE phones. Having patience with these things always nets a HUGE payoff.
Nothing worse than making a purchase then regretting it a few weeks down the road. Issues may or may not pop up. The "delays" are certainly something to consider. Getting caught up in the hype is easy to do if you've never been burned before.

Its gonna be hard but I'm going to wait like the Preach2k. Mine will be involved in my occupation and I gotta know if there are any released short comings that will affect it. It was the same when I got my OG Droid. I waited two months chomping at the bit.............

That's brings up an interesting point/question for me. I'm a reward zone silver member (woohoo!) at Best Buy. Does that mean my 45 day return policy applies should I buy my Bionic through Best Buy Mobile? If so, that has definite appeal. Thanks in advance for any info on that!

I'd go but my car just died today. sigh. Hopefully will get it fixed soon then I can go and find out. Would be nice to know. A 45 day return window would be rather nice...
You should know within 14 days whether you will like it or not and if it has any issues that cant be fixed.

Oh so you are one of those people who just wants to get a phone then return it when something else comes out. I doubt the gs2 will be out within 45 days of the bionic anyway. Why not just wait for the gs2 to come out and then decide?

No I was only teasing about returning it for another phone.
I just like the idea that if something did go wrong with the Bionic for whatever reason, or I find myself really truly hating it, that I have the option of returning it in 45 days. I mean 14 is probably long enough, but, if Best Buy Mobile gives me the option then I'd definitely get it there vs VZW.Similar threads
