That doesn't appear abnormal. It isn't awake substantially more than when you have the screen on or it is charging. The phone has to be awake (meaning "processing") to update data in apps, etc. Just because you aren't doing anything with the phone, that doesn't mean the phone isn't doing anything.

A likely culprit in my mind for a whole lot of activity when the screen is off is Google Now, or any news/feeds/weather apps you may have that have to update periodically. If you have voice controls on, that also could explain some of that activity.

The WiFi scanning and Bluetooth scanning helps with your GPS. So if you ever use it than it is a good idea to leave it on.
