Wallpaper adaption

Need a recommended apps that will add a mobile phone number across the top of the home screen of Galaxy A34. Amazingtextfree had this ability but not compatible on the latest phones.
Solution seems to be to start with a solid colour wallpaper and use an image editor like Picsay.
