Wallpaper from Computer to Android

How do I transfer a wallpaper from my computer to my android? I know the resolution is correct but what folder does it go in?

Just create a folder on the SD card named backgrounds.
Drop the files in, reboot phone or run media scanner.
Then when you go to choose your background, select the galery option.
Then select the file called backgrounds, select your picture, and size it to fit.

I think it's a personal decision on the name of the folder on your SD Card... I call mine Wallpaper.

Your Gallery application will find all your images on your SD Card... including Camera images.

also, instead of using a cord, i would consider using dropbox instead. it makes it super quick and easy.
