Wallpaper Issue On Boot

So, I've had to flash my phone back to stock after bricking with a bad mixers.xml file being replaced. Everything is back to the way I want it now, except a strange issue on boot.

I have my wallpaper set up as one 1440x2560 image, that is not scrolling when swiping home screens. Stock launcher, BTW. This is fine, until I reboot.

Upon reboot, I see my home screen for a split second, looks normal, then lock screen comes up. All normal up to this point. But when I unlock, my home screen wallpaper is cropped (zoomed) as a 2560x2560 of that same image. This is horrible because it's all distorted and blurred.

I am wondering what is causing this. I have to set the wallpaper back to normal, and all is good again. My wallpaper is in Downloads folder on internal SD.

Can anyone tell me what settings are enabled by default in the hidden LG menu? Below is a screen of the settings when I search for "wallpaper". Any help would be appreciated.
