I just bought a Galaxy S5 GM900F. I'm still testing and I don´t know why and for what reasons, it doesn´t record other party on some calls.
I've tried almost 10 KitKat ROMs. The last one was the SGM900FXX1ANCE downloaded from SamMobile . It is a unknown version (VFJ) 2014-06-07 G900FVFJ1ANCE. This version doesn´t contain native app from mobile operators. I did some tests and sometimes calls are recorded both sides, sometimes not.
I have one Galaxy S4 I9505, once I upgraded from KitKat to Lollipop 5.0.1, other party recording failed.
Solution for that was to downgrade to KitKat, reinstall the All Call Recorder and upgrade to Lollipop 5.0.1. But if you uncheck "record other party voice" box, you can´t check it back anymore. Now I'll try to upgrade this new S5GM900F to a Lollipop 5.0.1 and see what is going to happen. I hope it works like the S4 I9505.
