So I swapped my phone toward the beggining of last month and followed through with returning the old one. Well today my phone stopped working and calling my phone I got a message about phone being suspended. A call to Virgin Mobile and I find out they suspended my account because I didn't return my old phone. After arguing with 2 reps and not getting anywhere I remembered I wrote down the tracking number off the return envelope. I provided the tracking number and it proved I returned phone and they received it April 2nd. Needless to say they reactivated my phone.

Just wanted to share this and if anyone does a warranty swap I'd write down the return envelope tracking number for your records just in case.

I had the same thing happen to me. But with mine I got two warnings, one text and one email. I called CS after each one and was assured my service would not be interrupted. The CS rep even verified that they had received my returned phone and gave me the tracking number. Needless to say, my phone still got shut off. It took another call to a supervisor to get it turned back on.

When I called them after they shut off my phone, they turned it back on and it worked right away. You may want to call them and ask for an equipment specialist. That's who I talked to get it turned back on.
