Warranty Repair And Replacement In The U.S.

Is there an overnite warranty replacement available for a One Plus phone here in the U.S. similar to what I have always received direct from Verizon under their Warranty and Extended Warranty Plan? How about local repair facilities? I'm looking to go unlocked and possibly away from VZ and I'd like to know my options for the 7T.
