I ordered a 16gig on the 27th from the UK Google Play store. Got my Nexus on the 18th July. The screen was slightly raised on the left. OK to play with, but definitely needed replacing. Called Google on Sat 21st. Got an email to purchase a replacement for free and that arrived yesterday. New one seems fine so just getting that set up, then I'll return the original. Replacement process was less painful than the original order.
