Watchon App Help!

I've been trying to set up the Watchon App since the day I got the phone.
It has never worked and I've sent them reports numerous times, they've never responded.
Does the IR blaster just not work with Dish Network? Am I out of luck, or is there something that can be done?

My WatchOn works fine with DishTV. Did you set it up to operate your TV first, then your Dish box?

Make sure your remote on Dish Network is set for IR instead of RF. RF allows for multi-directional usage (you can point the control away from the box), but WatchOn only uses IR.

It's set to IR, but I have the 722k box, from my understanding there's no directions to make that one work?

This is irrelevant to the OP but has anyone got it to work with the mini box thing that comes from Comcast? There are two main boxes and then two of those other boxes that connect to the main box. Wanting to control the two small boxes too

I have dish network, and I'm trying to link it with my receiver. The problem is that my box is in my roommate's room, and I'm the second TV on the box. Switching from RF to IRisn't am option, is there a work around for this?
