Water damage help (screen repair) LCD,Glass or digitalizer

My phone was dropped in the toilet, i retreived it, pulled out the battery dryed it out with rice and a hair dryer and then sent it off to a company to be completely rid of water for 10 pounds, however when the phone was on it was faint, it registered touches and it was still readable, slowly it got worse and even when on highest brightness i could hardly see the screen, it is now impossible to make anything out in daylight and in the dark it is yellow and unreadable, im not sure what i need to fix, the screen still shows but majorly faint ti registers touches and still technically "works" i just need to know what i need to replace.
