Way to force roam?

Non-Rooted.

I am on Verizon and at times my phone jumps back and forth between extended network to verizon, usually only in my house. Is there a way to force the phone into roaming so that it does not keep bouncing?

On phones in general there should be a setting to choose what carrier.

Let's see... goto:

Settings ---> More Settings ---> Network Operators
