Waze almost unhearable

I almost can't hear the waze instructions and warnings, both waze and phone's sound settings at their highest.
I looked over in forums and tried to use some sound equalizers as some tried, and put the volumes there to max. Waze sounds then is more decent, but then there is another problem- locking and unlocking phone's screen sound is ultra high, and also the voice of incoming messege.
What should I do to hear my waze without paying possible price of speaker being destoyed over time by over-loud incoming msgs and other sounds?

You can use Tasker to change the volume when Waze is the foreground app.

Or you can buy an external Bluetooth speaker and use that for Waze.

Well the problem is solved. THe issue was- option "... to speaker" was on. I thought it was talking about the phone's speaker, but actually it reffered to external one. Tag that off and waze volume was ok
