Weak signal?

So I have had my V20 on Verizon since Oct, and I have loved the phone. But something has always nagged at me about it, it just doesn't get the same reception that I used to get on my Note5. I have done a warranty replacement, and it's ok, but just has a few places that I used to get service but don't anymore. Has anyone else experience this? I would love to find out if a different phone would get better service, but I have a long way to go to pay this phone off, and I'm not even sure if the phone is the problem. It's just been bugging me more lately, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed worse data reception then they used to get on a different device?

I have a v20 too. My issue has been the GPS signal. I have found that taking the case off my phone and the position on my car's windshield makes a big difference. Also even the position of the arms that grab my device on my windshield. This may not change your situation, but it worth considering that you may be inadvertently disrupting your phone's internal antenna from getting a clear signal

Thanks. I have a very thin TPU case on, so I would hope that's not it. Might just be Verizon's network bogging down more than it used to. But there is no way to really find out. Just frustrating, I wish I still had my Note5 to do a side by side comparison.

Signal issues with VZW have been my only complaint with the V20. Come to think of it, wifi sucks too. EVERY phone that I have ever used worked perfectly with the exact same circumstances. 150 up and down works awesome, as long as it stays connected.....

My GPS has always been week, as it was on the G5 as well. Particularly when driving. Will just lose signal and the maps stop tracking me and a few seconds later it will find gps signal again. I don't use a case or anything so it can be frustrating - especially when it happens when nearing a turn or unfamiliar areas.

G5 had GPS issues that were easily repaired
