A Google search revealed this site.

I had tried this site before I posted my question.I am unable to install it ,On trying to install it says that there is a similar app in my phone hence not installed.Is it because my Moto G4 plus is on Android 7.0 now after getting the Nougat update on 28th December ? The other widget is working normally.

Not sure. I guess the widget doesn't work on Nougat. Sorry.

Surprisingly the first widget you posted is working.The second one is better.Both used to work on Marshmallow. Now only one is working.

I could install the Turbo 2 widget without any problems after my phone got the December security patch update yesterday.
