weird battery issues

I received my nexus on Thursday and was really impressed with the design of the phone and couldn't wait to let it out into the wild. After initially fully charging I had 2 reboots in the first couple of hours then it turned off and wouldn't turn on. I then plug it back in to charge and had a look in the battery section of settings to my surprise I saw this (see photo). Anyone have any explanations or suggestion about what to do?

Might wanna contact Google customer service and email them that pic. I've never seen anything like that with any of my Android devices.
