Hi folks,
I have been fiddling around with my Nook for a while now in trying to get it running CM or Phiremod from SD or EMMC.
I had CM 7.0.2. running on an 16 GB Class 10 Patriot MicroSD before which was alright, but somehow I had the idea of trying an EMMC installation (so, yes - I did touch a running system
).
I walked through various guides and how-to's but all my Nook does it booting up past the boot animation and then showing the status bar (battery and clock), the navigation panel and a bar on the top of the screen saying "Android System". Then it shows a message "Power off" and "Shutting down" and then it's off. Pretty much like in this Youtube video.
The weird thing is, that this is the same, no matter whether it's booting up from EMMC or the SD card like it was before.
Am I right in assuming, that my SD card is corrupt? Unfortunately I don't have another card on hand to cross check...
Any hint will me much appreciated.
Cheers,
Matt
