Weird grey/black dot pop up on screen

Hi there, asking for help for my galaxy note 5,...
there is a grey or black dot pop up always on screen, staying for 1-2 seconds and disappear...
attached herewith the snapshot for better understanding..

Do anyone know what exactly is that?

Because it's on the screen shot you can rule out a physical screen issue.

its not a hardware issue, just curious and worry thats maybe a malware running.

Does it appear where you touch the screen? Or just randomly? Could be a setting in a screen recording app to show where you tap the screen while recording.

it just show up randomly at the same point
