Weird problem: Folks can't hear me when they are on a BT headset?

Weird it has happened 3 times now
Scenario:
1) I was on a conference call today in my home office and had my new AT&T S7 Edge naked (no case) w/4 bars AT&T LTE on speaker and the person I was talking to was on her BT headset, she kept saying that she could barely here me, so I took it off of speaker and she said she still could hardly hear me?
Since this was an important work call I climbed into my F150 and connected via Sync and BT to complete my call.

2) Immediately I went to my local AT&T Corporate store and explained the situation to the store manager, she called me using her iPhone and BT headset and could barely hear me, we then tried another AT&T sales person with an S7 and a BT headset he also could barely hear me. They exchanged my S7 Edge for a new one and it had the same issue - Stumped I suggested that we try a call to the both of them without either of them using their BT headsets and they heard me fine

3) Called AT&T Tech Support no clue

Anyone have any thoughts on what the issue might be/Has anyone had this issue?
