Weird problem taking pictures

Hi all,

Noob here!!!!!!! My wifes edge 6 has a strange problem when taking pictures...every time she takes a picture the first one is just a green screen then takes a fine one.

Any ideas please as I've searched and searched but nothing.

All it took was a reset. Fixed
