Weird Standby Screen....

When my N2 is going into standby I see a Dock-esque screen that displays the time and a couple of icons. Any idea what this is or how to recreate it?

Place your phone flat on the table. Then pass your hand over the top of it.

It's called quick glance.
Settings> motion> quick glance
