Well it's official (Samsung Pay fail)

I still can't use Samsung Pay... when I had an iPhone, USAA jumped in about 2-3 months after they released Apple Pay.

I'm using Samsung Pay with Chase--my Southwest rewards card. Works every time, except with Aaron Brothers, who say they don't have anything set up for it in their software or registers. I know, no one else had anything set up either but it worked, but gets rejected at Aaron Bros.

I use a Chase Freedom card with Samsung Pay. Absolutely love it. Especially the people who say "oh, that doesn't work here" only to be proven wrong.

I'd love it if my Amex worked. I'm not expecting my bank to because it's a small credit union and doesn't even have an electronic check deposit app yet.

Exactly.. Even the card that I used tap and pay with on Google Wallet, doesn't work on Android Pay.

You are partially correct here. If your card was in your Google wallet, it should have been allowed to move over to Android Pay even if it is not a supported Bank. I had my BB&T card on Google Wallet, and it ported over to Android Pay and I can use it just like before. It is just not in the system as that bank card. It creates a generic card in Android Pay.

I came here to see why my BB&T visa debit card won't register with Android pay and found this thread. I never imagined it was because my bank isn't on board yet. I'm not familiar with Google wallet but if I register my BB&T bank card with Google wallet it will transfer to Android pay? I'll try that. I absolutely love Android pay. It's quick, it's easy and it works flawlessly each time, although I mainly only use it when my cards are acting funky and won't swipe. Anyway, that's another strike against BB&T...
