What apps aren't working in Android L?

Facebook messenger making phone calls app crashing
viber crashing and voice quality sub par
various apps hanging or crashing

So far these apps are not working at all for me (and it sucks because I use these almost daily):

-GMail (won't let me access my account)
-Hangouts (I reverted to Messaging)
-Play Store (does not load at all)
-Google Calendar (I can't add/edit events)

I can't find a fix for these, and the last thing I want to do is another factory reset. I've already cleared the caches and data of each app, but alas it was to no avail. I can't uninstall them because Play Store doesn't open so I'd be stuck.

Anyone have any fixes or solutions to help? This is on my Nexus 4.

As of my update today, Skype and EarthCams are gone. Even worse, a major problem... I can't sign onto any public WiFi that requires an agreement page first. If i click on "sign in to network" after choosing the network, instead of a browser page with the agreement to check off I now get a blank page that says 'log onto network" with nothing to choose. Totally blank. This is major.

Whatsapp is not working

Hey there,
The thing is lolypop is not having any Apps like gallery, they upgrade it to Photos. Try downloading some third party apps like Photos app gallery. Be cautious while downloading these third party apps because they have some irritating add and app promotions.

greenify is working, xposed framework isn't working then you can't use this function but greenify as root is still working on lollipop

simply need to get the android 5 gapps, if you don't get updated from play store ever can flash the gapps from any recovery or from flashify (try to google it and you will found many tutorials)

Do most of these apps work fine if you switch to Davlik from ART in Lollipop?

Correct. Lollipop does not support Dalvik.
