What are the best ways you've found to discover new apps? (non-game)

I've got a number of app-finding apps on my One, and they each have their pros and cons. And of course there is Google Play's own recommendations, along with Android Central articles, blogs, and forums.

Just curious what you have found to be the best, easiest, and most productive app finding tool or technique.

Join the Google+ Android Developer's community. There's a lot of Q and A over there, but also a lot of devs talking about their apps. I've found several things that are interesting and met a lot of really cool folks in the process. Also you learn a bit about developing as a bonus.

To be honest I always use Google as well as websites like apkmania which always post the latest in applications as well as updates for already existing applications.
