Android Central Question

I've an Android Led TV since 2015. My TV is Toshiba 40L4540 and it's powered by Android 4.4.2 with kernel version 3.7.2-MAGELLAN. I used to run apps like YouTube and Netflix on it beside using the HDMI-connected satellite receiver. Suddenly, I found that following issues

Netflix is not playing videos properly (video starts and after 2 seconds it hangs). If I tried to open the video again or any other video, it keeps giving me error 12001 which states "Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later"

The pre-installed Media Player does not play videos properly (I tried wmv and mp4 files). It plays sound but only with black screen is shown. the version of the media player is 1.0

The Pre-installed YouTube app plays videos with a clear audio but with blurry or distorted picture. There was an update from Toshiba Service Station but it didn't fix the problem. The Version of the pre-installed YouTube on my Tv is 1.0.5.6. I'd like to mention that after a while from this problem, I searched Google play store for YouTube to check if there is an update from Google but I found that YouTube app provided in Google App Store is not related to the pre-installed YouTube App on my tv. I tried to download the provided YouTube app from google play store and it was great and worked perfectly.

The Last and most annoying issue is that the video from my HDMI-connected satellite receiver is blurry or distorted. I changed the HDMI cable, connected another devices to my TV via HDMI, changed my HDMI input port (I've three HDMI input ports on my TV) but unfortunately none of those procedures worked. My TV app version is 4.4.2-user.20150603.121914.

I Tried to factory reset my TV but nothing was changed. I think the problem is software-based and not hardware based. I even connected to TV with adb over Ethernet but my knowledge of android system is not so advanced to reach to the corrupted library or file.

I Think also that the problem is within a used library by both the four apps (i.e. TV app, the pre-installed YouTube, Netflix, and media player).

Do you know how to figure out the responsible library for these problem and how to fix it?

The TV system information (Found in "About TV" on android settings)are"

Manufacturer: Toshiba

Boot Version: 707010

TV Application Version: 833741

Media Player Version: 833741

Thank You
