Well , I am rep at T-Mo and I have worked for att prior to that so been in the cell biz for about 8 years now and I can tell you right now the reps can care less what device you choose and why you choose it. Our job is to make sure you walk out with service. We don't get anything from the phone sale itself but we make our commission on the plans you choose and the accessories you buy.. People ask me all the time what phone is better or what you think "I" should get. I can recommend devices but only from my personal experiences and mine will be different from yours. My favorite customer is the person that know what they want and has done their homework it makes my job much easier..
