I want one, but I also swap batteries usually every 3-4 days, so I'm wondering if it's viable and whether it's easy to remove and easy to put it back on without causing any extra visible damage on the exterior.

I like it and there are several others here and on XDA that like it as well. Pretty easy to get off IMO. I have no problem switching batteries. I personally think that any bumper or case is going to put a little stress on the corners of the leather with repeated removal. I don't have an issue with it yet though.

I would like to add that my Verus Verge case in fact works with the cheap Chinese wireless charging sticker!!

Can anyone with the Verus Verge comment on their satisfaction with the case. Tempted in buying it myself.

Any hands on feedback? I would love to have some grab around the edges, meaning an anti slip surface to where you can prop your phone on different surfaces without it slipping.

Also was looking these as well. Hoping someone has some feedback.

I'm a big fan of the Spigen Crystal Clear Ultra Hybrid Case for LG G4 with Air Cushion Bumper SGP11517. I can verify it fits nicely over the black leather back and looks shows off the phone nicely.

I think bumper case is the best. It protects your phone and doesn't affect the shape.

Exactly, no worrying if you drop your phone with this type of case.

But it's ugly as sin, imo.

Picked up this I-Blason heavy duty case. Looks really sharp and is a lot thinner than the otterbox defender.

Make sure the flash reflect issue is fixed before purchasing. People complained of the clear case reflecting the flash back into photos.

I had a nilkin bumper for my G3 and it wasn't thin enough for me. How thin is this one for the G4?

Remember when I said I'd rather have a bumper?

Unfortunately, that no longer holds true.

My G4 has become more and more slippery as of late due to my sweaty palms. The leather back did nothing to help and there were so many near-drops.

I had to get a full-on case to protect the phone and the leather from drops.

The Spigen Slim Armor is what I'm using now and I really like it.

Also, the case might be a tight fit and if you swap batteries often like me, it might be a little bit tougher, but I personally think it's worth it for the protection.

Also, Spigen does not recommend fitting it onto a leather G4, but I have removed the case and put it back on and the back still looks as good as before.

I purchase the Caseology Envoy Series in the Burgundy Leather, And even though I already have the Leather cover on mine I just wanted to have some protection.
The Caseology works but it is a tight fit and I have found it covers the IR eye on top of the G4 slightly so when I use I as a TV remote I need to tilt the phone on a slight angle in order for it to work, plus the LG ear bud plug will only go in one way, Because of this I will be looking for something that does fit, FWIW I did place a call to Otter Box and asked them if their Defender Series would fit the G4 with the Leather back cover, and they informed me that it will not, "But they are working on it".
