I think Lifeproof only makes cases for Apple and Samsung devices.

oh shoot yeah i just looked at their site and its just apple samsung and three Motorola droid phones what a bummer. Is there any waterproof case for these comparable to lifeproof?

I just bought an i-Blason Prime [Kickstand] **Heavy Duty** [Dual Layer] Combo Holster Cover case with [Locking Belt Swivel Clip] for LG G4. Installs and fits very well; kickstand looks a bit flimsy. Phone clips into belt holster and seems very secure and easy to release from the holster.

i need some help. i had the g3 that had the quick circle case, and i removed the back of the phone and put it in the case. i now have the g4 and im looking for the same sort of case i have been looking on the net and all i can find is these snap on ones, i have emailed some and they said you can only get snap on and you can not remove the back on the g4 because of the curve. is this right if not can some1 please give me a link as to where i can perches 1 if possible if live links are not allowed please pm me in the mean time i will look on here thank you.

I went with a generic TPU bumper for my leather G4 so the back is uncovered, it's not really easy to take off but it doesn't hurt the back. I've had it on and off a few times, the back usually pops off a little with it but that's no big deal. Mine is Dreamviva branded, Amzer and lots of others sell the same one $7-8 on Amazon or $2-5 on eBay.

My T-Mobile G4 leather variant did not come with an extra cover. I think I read the international variant comes with one, though I'm not sure.

I've gone for the dark Spigen Slim Armor. I'm not sure if I'll stick with this or not - I think the much cheaper Thin Fit looks best of all the Spigen G4 cases. I decided to get one with a stand, but I have a feeling I'll end up getting the Thin Fit for most day-to-day use.

[edit] A couple of days on, and I like it. It has a weird effect though. The phone by itself looks slim and feels light. The case by itself feels light. But you put the two together, and somehow it feels very weighty, and like something you could use to kill a man. I think it's entirely psychological because of the difference in shape, and that the naked G4 feels a little flimsy because of the flexible removeable back, whereas the edges and hard material of the Spigen case tell your brain that you're holding something much more substantial. It's also different ergonomically because of the rubber rim which prevents the screen from ever hitting the floor if you drop it, since your finger now butts up against that when you're close to the screen edge.

Although it's designed as an outdoor case, I can see myself going the other way with it and putting the case on when I know I'll be using it with the prop.

I wouldn't call it a favourite as I hate cases, but it works well for my needs:

Otterbox Commuter. Needed something for protection while at work and this was available locally. Fits well (including the leather back despite warnings), easy on and off in seconds (don't keep it on when not at work), seems to be pretty decent protection.

Same here, Diztronic for my G2 and G4. Also the upper cutout assist while using one handed operation with balancing the phone in hand.

My Telus variant (Canada) has the black leather and came with a secondary cover in silver.
