What are your favorite cases for the LG G4?

I really like the Otterbox Commuter case that I purchased for my G4. It will protect the (fragile!) phone from drops and shocks and it'll keep dust and dirt out of the ports.

It doesn't add nearly the bulk as the defender...It takes it to about 6 3/8" x 3 3/8" and about 5/8" thick...it was awesome on my old phone, so I think it gets the job done...only thing know is to get the tempered glass protector...hope that helps as well...

Already have the Spigen thin fit case and I ordered the Caseology envoy case for more protection.

Thanks for the info on the Qi Circle case. I ordered one tonight. Even with "tracked" shipping it was $15.00 cheaper than what Verizon wanted for one(b4 tax and shipping). None of the other carriers or even LG listed one as available. Mobil Fun said they had one to ship now. BTW SHIP4FREE gets you $3.00 off no matter what method you choose to ship. Good deal if they ship promptly.

Could you please post back when it actually ships? I'm thinking of ordering one and wondering how long before actual shipping.

Thanks

I decided to get the spigen slim armor.. I was looking at the caseology ones but the reviews for previous devices say those thin plastic bumpers tend to break easy which i feared so spigen it is

Got the Commuter case as well. Had it for my S4 and loved it and I'm digging the look of this one as well.

Had an old iPod which started having trouble with the headphones jack staying in because of random junk in there so the port flaps are fantastic.

Dealt with their customer support and was very happy with the service as well. Was surprised I hadn't seen anything about the Commuter before this post.

How can I take a photo of it when it's on the phone! I'll what I can do...it's easy to get off...easier because there are no side buttons to accomodate....but probably not as easy as other cases that are one piece...this is two piece...one soft on the inside and one harder on the outside....

Picked up the Otterbox Commuter when I got my phone yesterday. Solid case, feels like it could protect almost as well as the Defender, but it doesn't add nearly as much bulk as the Defender did on my G3. It fits VERY tight. It can be a little tricky getting the bottom port flaps through. The only negative I can really say is the front lip of this thing is huge. Makes swiping from the sides tricky at times. Will be interesting to see if this case will still work with a tempered glass screen protector. Will be a perfect case for camping, hunting, etc., but ordering at least one thinner case today.

that's the same one I got...it was actually the color scheme I was looking at on their website, so when I saw it at BB it was a no brainer...as long as it fit over the leather....not sure how much tighter it fits on the plastic back, but it fits well on the leather...maybe not perfect, but darn close enough...

I thought about getting a thinner case, but I don't think that it would save that much bulk and if I did drop it with the less protective case on it and something did happen, I'd kick myself....I'll be putting a tempered glass on the screen tomorrow and am not anticipating any issues at .3 mm, but we'll see....

hmm...it's just line up the holes..the only downside I've run into is that my sandisk dual usb doesn't go in to the micro port unless I take the hard plastic cover off....a bummer for sure...i'll just have to get a cable for it....

The commuters plastic exterior must be horrible for gripping the device. At least it'll protect your device when it keeps slipping from your hands. Good luck with that case!

it's not the best, but the raised ridge makes it easier to get a hold on something and protects the screen more....I'm trying to figure out what to do to get some more grip...I might try to stipple and and use my old commuter as a test run to see if it helps....
