What are your hobbies?

I forgot about this thread. Rewinding back a bit, that $100 camera I got years ago was quickly outgrown, and I recently got a kit almost of my dreams. I haven't taken it on many shoots yet, but here's some of my favorites so far.IMGP6727-DeNoiseAI-denoise%20(1).jpegIMGP5359-DeNoiseAI-denoise.jpegIMG_20201011_152521.jpegPSX_20201010_161545.jpeg

Hiking. And that that my dog is over 2.5 years old, i can hike further. Of course hiking will take a backseat in the next few months because we're getting her a baby brother so he will need to be allowed to grow strong before we can resume the hikes.
Oh the sacrifices... 😜😁

why do my pics suddenly appear sideways?
Many cameras now save orientation info in the EXIF data, and many programs still read it incorrectly. I think it use to be that the image was simply saved in the proper orientation and thus worked everywhere, but now the image is saved in a standard orientation relative to the camera and what rotation is needed for proper viewing is saved in EXIF, but I could be mistaken on the exact details.

Anyone else here into high power flashlights? Here are 3 of mine, not even close to my whole collection, along with a handful of both protected and bare 18650 cells in safety cases.

Indirectly, perhaps? I'm not sure what classifies a flashlight as "high power," but I have thought about getting something fairly strong for my light painting photography stuff.
By high power flashlights I mean stuff that is considerably brighter than the garbage grocery store flashlights. Usually 150 or more lumens. Definitely check out CandlePowerForums and reddit's r/flashlight if you wanna know more :)

I was thinking 300+ lumen. I've also been seeing some from a company called Light Excursions, which make custom flashlights for light painting. True RGB control, dimmer knobs, separate on/off and momentary switches, etc. Quite pricey, though.

Nice!

Re: What is your hobby?

Vague question, people tend to have a few.

Personally a lot of video games when it's cold outside and a lot if time outdoors at the lake or hiking trails when nice out.

This. This is my 33 long planted tank. I love fish tanks, and planted tanks in particular. Have been in the hobby for around 11 years now. There is nothing else more I love than sitting down and just watching it. Very peaceful.
