What DO You Want That Has Not Been Announced?

To clarify, previous post are correct in that an press release has not been issued with official specs. However, a distinction needs to be made between leaks from credible sources like Samobile who rarely get it wrong and who may inside sources who want to generate buzz on a sanctioned basis. Then, there are rumors or random speculation. The above mentioned specs, while not "official" JB official, have also been indirectly referenced in comments by Samsung company reps at major events and in the Korean media.

Leaks are leaks.

Leaks are not announcements.

And nothing is official until it's official.

I was already told buy one of our departments that samsung bought our green OLED material for the S4 so looks like at least one of the specs are wrong.

I want my phone S4 to play music in my car. That's the reason, I had to return S3 bcose I was not able to play music in my Nissan Murano. I tried all apps and various tricks as suggested online but it never works out for me. Is this issue gonna be fixed in Galaxy S4?

How about regular software updates, I mean, your launching your flagship model in the states, and then we get f'd on updates.

I'm a simple guy all these features are cool and I want them all but want i didnt know I would miss giving up my S3 for the Note II was saving apps on the SD card. This is a simple feature that samsung left out please bring saving apps on the SD card back i have 64 reason why I need this feature back.

I was really upset that US variants of the GS3 didn't have an FM tuner. I hope the GS4 does. I for one used that feature a lot on my previous smartphone. I understand you can stream many stations over the Internet, but that obviously uses a lot more data and battery power, so it's not really an ideal substitute.

Personally, I'm looking for a whole new computer as well.

Yet instead of a laptop or netbook, I'm thinking of the note 2 (or note 3).
Yet if the GS4 will come with a 4.99" screen and can do multi screen for easyer copy/paste, then I might just it instead.
A 5" screen will be I want to watch movies or play games, but what'm really after is a phone strong enough to act as my home computer once I'm home...hooked up the a 24" or 32" TV with hdml and wireless keyboard and mouse my new phone could replace a new laptop/tablet combo perchance I was thinking about.

So for me not to get the note 2 in the next 3 months, the S4 has the be better then the N2 spec wise and do dual or multi screen by default. A 5" screen is also a must as I'm coming from a EVO 3D and 4.3" screen is getting too small. A 4.5" screen on the S4 would be a disappointment.

Does it take longer to charge a phone wirelessly than with a wired connection?

It must make toast! With a removable jelly dispenser.

BATTERY LIFE!

That alone will make or break it for me. I'm actually pretty content with my GSII right now, and would be even more happy with a GS3. The one thing that's killing it for me is the battery. If we can get a battery life like the Motorola Razr Maxx then I'll be a happy camper. My dream is to have the phone last an entire day of active use with wifi/bluetooth/mobile data/gps/etc on at all times. If I could watch video/music and the surf the net for a whole day (or at least 12 straight hours) that would amazing.

Icing on the cake would be:
1) Screen quality of the HTC Evo LTE (or better)
2) no physical button on the front
3) a little thinner/lighter/less bezel than the GS3

Everything else the same as the GS3 is fine...

Better speed and performance with a full HD display would need a slightly larger battery than the GS3 unless OS 4.2 and the new Nature UX skin are more efficient to maximize battery life. Smart Scrolling and Smart Pause as well as improved Nature UX features are going to need power.

I'm willing to bet less than half of the things on this list are correct. Here's what has been announced:

It will be a phone, made by Samsung and called the SIV.

Everything else is 100% guess work, seeing as how the rumors paint a very conflicting and contradictory picture when assembled together.

Wireless charging with home and auto docks
Build quality, Samsung needs to get with the program like Apple, Motorola and HTC all have. I want a solid quality feeling device made of glass, aluminium, titanium, carbon fiber I really don't have a preference, just not cheap creaky plastic.

Continuous and consistent support for (micro) SD card accross all platforms and all manufacturers - not because we need more than 16/32/64GB but because the external SD card would insure: 1. Safety of MY sensitive data (less prone to accidental erasure/formating) 2. Accessing MY data WITHOUT internet connection 3. Less data traffic (while of course we are encouraged to BUY more), 4. Option for physical data transfer using various card adapters - significantly faster and much more secure than ANY wireless transfer, and last but not the least 5. A MUCH CHEAPER way of extending the storage capabilities (would you rather buy a 64GB card or the 64GB version?)

If you'd always have available an SD card slot, you'd probably have your problem solved by just buying the largest available micro SD card. I don't think you'd still be complaining with over 90/120GB available storage - so, you see, you don't actually need back the feature you mentioned, but you need to actively be supportting reinstating the SD cards across all platforms & manufacturers.
